It's pretty much consuming my life right now, so it's really all I have to talk about.
Considering I wasn't close to my pre pregnancy body, I jumped all in.
Basically making a lifestyle change.
For the last week and a half I have been waking up at 5:30 am to work out for about an hour.
It's really not as bad as I thought it would be (I'm not really a morning person).
I have also been following the TIU nutrition plan, which is money....
All of your meals planned out? Yes please!
Prepared grocery list for you? Awesome.
5 meals a day? Uh huh.
I always get stuck in a rut when left to my own devices, so this has been amazing!!

The first week I had some issues with my milk supply dropping.
Bennett was NOT happy.
I had to do some calorie add ons during the day to my meals, or an extra bowl of yogurt with fruit, nuts and honey - seriously so delicious.
I also bought a one gallon water jug off of Amazon, and make sure that I drink the whole thing everyday.
That seems to have done the job.
Some of the workouts are challenging, but I love it!
I mean, I'm not waking up at 5 am to just lay around on a yoga mat... I want to feel the burn!
And let me tell ya, I've been sore.
And it's great.

Even though the scale hasn't shown a whole lot of progress yet, I am shrinking.
I'll take it considering I'm not even 20% through the series.
And I am feeling really good.
I have a lot more energy... if only I could somehow get a few extra hours added to everyday to get shiz done.

Well, I'd really like some abs.
I've never had them, even when I was super duper skinny, but I'm sure they are down in there somewhere.
I mean, what's hotter than abs with some loose skin and stretch marks? Ha.

It has been THE best doing this with friends.
It helps keep you accountable, and also gives you someone to chat about your meals and workouts with.
Or ask ANY questions.

So, this is what I've been up to lately!
Moral of the story... if you are feeling down, or chubby, and want to make a change, it's totally doable.
Granted I'm certainly not where I'd like to be yet.
